Pre-dawn twilight. We got up at 5AM because we couldn't sleep (jet lag) and because our hotel was bitterly cold, even with the heat on. This is around 6:30, when the first street lights started coming on. School children were walking to school in the pitch dark before this.
Mufu Palace. The Nahxi rulers received emissaries from the Han dynasties here.
