Huangshan is the 'King of Mountains' - it is said that upon visiting, no others mountains can compare to its beauty. Here I'm walking across Ouyu Peak with Lotus Peak on the right.
Lotus Peak, the tallest peak in the park, at 1860m. See the handrails on top and the tiny path that leads up?
Halfway up Lotus Peak, looking back towards Ouyu Peak. See the handrails on the top right? That's where I was in picture 1 about 1/2 hour earlier.
On top of Lotus Peak, in dense fog. 1864m high
2nd day's early start towards West Sea Canyon.
Steps carved into the rock
